Who Am I?
I’m Joanna — an AfN Certified Nutrition Coach, and the person behind every plan, session, and message you’ll receive here. No big team, no handing you off — just me, working with you one-to-one.
My path here wasn’t a straight line. I built a career in law before retraining as a personal trainer and later qualifying as a nutrition coach. Back then, life looked completely different — and honestly, completely unsustainable. I was the unhealthiest I’d ever been: stressed, eating poorly, and thoroughly fed up. Fast forward a decade and I’m the happiest and healthiest I’ve ever felt — not because I found the perfect diet, but because I finally found balance.
That experience shapes everything about how I coach. I’ve learned that health doesn’t have to live at either extreme. It doesn’t have to be all-or-nothing, and it doesn’t have to mean giving up everything you enjoy. I live in the middle now — the place I think is where real health actually lives. I love food, and I love that I’ve built a healthy relationship with it.
What I don’t love is seeing people made to feel as though they’ve failed because they couldn’t stick to a restrictive diet or a set of rules that was never designed to fit real life. So my approach is simple: practical, sustainable, and built entirely around you. Real change comes from small, consistent habits that work with your life — not someone else’s idea of perfect.
